Complete a MOPPETS Registration Form for each child who will be in the MOPPETS program. Give the completed form(s) to the MOPPETS Administrator at the next monthly meeting.
MOPPETS reservations are required for each monthly meeting. To reserve a spot in MOPPPETS, e-mail your reservation request to the MOPPETS Administrator. State your name, your child(ren)'s name, your child(ren)'s date of birth, and your phone number. All reservations must be made at least one week prior to the meeting. (For example, if the meeting is scheduled for the September 8th, make your reservations no later than September 1st.) If you need to cancel or have any problems, call Tricia Flythe at (478) 747-4031.
